Hello,
Massage your scalp with your fingertips (not your nails) daily to stimulate and promote circulation to your scalp and reduce excess fallout.

I agree with the other reply. Massage your hair with your fingertips not with your nail. . Use hot oil treatment once a week for your hair to become shiny and dandruff free.

If you are looking for a dry skin remedy, look no farther than your kitchen pantry. You can make a dry skin natural remedy just by combining common foods and applying them to the skin. Some foods act as an internal remedy for dry skin as well. Some of the ingredients that can be used in a home remedy for extremely dry skin are honey, yogurt, olive oil, and oatmeal. Some herb teas are useful, too, as are a variety of other fruits and seeds. Honey, a dry skin natural remedy, is a substance that is healing to the skin. When applied to the skin it is healing and moisturizing. It helps dead skin cells move from the surface and stimulates renewal and regrowth of skin tissues. It is also antibacterial. In severe cases, you can put honey on skin that needs a bandage. It will keep the bandage from sticking to the wounded skin. Yogurt can be used as a skin cleanser, acting as a natural moisturizer. Oatmeal heals and soothes dry skin, and helps the skin to slough off dead skin cells.

Rough hair usually results from lack of moisture. It can be quite a task to manage rough hair. But with the right care, it is possible to make rough hair soft and manageable.

Poor hair hygiene is another factor that can lead to rough hair. Use of too many harsh chemical hair products and frequent use of styling appliances such as blow dryers, curling rods and straightening irons can also take a toll on the hair. Such appliances use heat to style the hair and subjecting the hair to intense heat can strip it of its natural lubrication and make it dry and rough.

Proper care of the hair must be taken by washing regularly with a mild shampoo. It is better to use herbal shampoos as they do not contain chemicals, especially sulfates which are known to strip the hair of moisture. Rough hair also requires adequate conditioning. Use a mild conditioner after every hair wash. You can also make use of a gentle leave-in conditioner that will prevent your hair from drying out during the day. Massage you hair with warm oils regularly. This is ideal for providing the hair follicles the moisture and hydration it needs. You can use coconut oil or olive oil for this. Wrap a warm towel around the head after an oil massage to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the scalp.
There are several nourishing home remedies that can make the hair soft and healthy. A mayonnaise hair mask is known to be very effective in treating dry and rough hair. Warm the mayonnaise until it becomes oily and then apply thoroughly on the scalp and hair. You can leave it on for twenty minutes and then rinse. A mixture of gram flour and coconut milk may also be massaged into the scalp and left on for five minutes, before washing. A beneficial hair conditioner can be made using apple cider vinegar, castor oil and glycerin. Apply and leave for fifteen minutes, before rinsing with cool water. Dry hair usually results from a zinc deficiency and as such increasing the intake of zinc through the diet is helpful in encouraging proper health of the hair.

It is quite hard to manage rough hair. I heard sometime women use heat to style the hair and subjecting the hair to intense heat air to can strip it of its natural lubrication and make it so dray and rough. Rough and dray hair needs so much cares in right way.

@ Fini Shell Applying aloe vera onto your hair before taking a bath would surely makes your hair get back to its normal  and natural beauty. Diet and lifestyle are two major factors that influence the health of the hair. Poor diet, illness and deficiencies of any particular vitamin and mineral affects the quality of hair and problems like dandruff, thinning, hair, balding, premature graying etc. spoil the hair. In an individual the condition of the hair is a reflection of the complete constitution of him. If the person is not healthy then the health of the hair will be deplorable.

Regularly cleaning and brushing the hair is very important. When the hairs are brushed, oil-producing glands in the scalp get stimulated. This natural oil makes the hair glossy and healthy. To give extra shine to the hair, after washing rinse the hair with some lemon juice mixed in a cup of warm water.

well if you said so that the strands of your hair is kinda rough, is that from the root? if that so. it would be hard to solve it. you have to consult an expert with that i suggest you to try what i have read in the net about a new hair treatment It is called trichobioscan. they use a microscopic hair analysis to examine the client's hair strand.
